- Djinn have been together since the summer of 2004. The line-up consists of:
David Kennedy - Rhythm Guitar
Stephen Lynch - Vocals
David Nesbitt - Drums
The main focus of Djinn is to perform original tracks... With much support locally Djinn look to 2008 as the year to take on Ireland. With their new E.P. just on the brink of being released and plans for a new music video... Djinn are looking at their strongest so far.
But of course you'll just have to listen for yourself!

Well were still looking for new members as we speak but the search isnt going as well as hoped. were writing new material so when we do get new members we shall have a whole host of new shit to play and a fuck load of new covers to boot. with new equipment and new life in the band we shall return to lucan once again!!!!

more updates guys,the new ep has been sent out to a load of metal magazines and the like for reviews and a few have gotten back to us with a few words on it,hotpress included in this list of few, but it aint online like the one here: http://www.metalteamuk.net/cdreviews...
We are still in search of new members but its not the main focus of us at the moment,the main thing is to keep writing new stuff and grow even more as a band!And if new members happen to fall into place for us then thats all happy days!
Thats all for now folks,hopefully i wont leave it another 115 days or whatever it has been to fill you guys in again!!!

Update!
None of us have wrote in this blog section for a while so i thought i would give a quick update of how we are gettin on, well the new e.p is all done and dusted,we have 450 cd's that will be on sale pretty damn soon, must say it turned out really beyond what any of us were thinkin! Unfortnately things didnt work out with Anto and Chris from Awaken Dominion so yet again we are yet again in search of a lead guitarist and bassist! Hopefully they`ll pop up soon and we can start giggin again coz pearsonally im itchin to get back on a stage!! Anyway thts all for now, ill try keep you guys more updated in the future, so watch this space!!!
