Yes it to help, all done privately through any moderator they choose. Any issues at all.
They could be doing bad in school, or cutting themselves, or having friendship troubles. Anything that they consider a problem.

I'm trying to start up a group for people that have "issues" you know?

Kind of sad story, I have a friend that attemted to cut themself. I stopped it from happening yeah, but the fact that someone could think about causing pain unto themselves because there in pain is pointless, and suicide, well its a selfsish thing to do. no matter how bad things get, nothing is worth suicide.
